Almudhaibi Charity
The endowment of Masajid is one of the greatest types of ongoing charity, where funds are allocated for building, maintaining, and expanding Masajid, ensuring the continuation of worship and the dissemination of Islamic knowledge among Muslims. This endowment is considered one of the deeds whose reward continues even after the donor's death, benefiting worshippers from generation to generation.
Forms of Masajid Waqf:
🔹 Building a new mosque in areas that need places of worship.
🔹 Restoration and maintenance of old Masajid to keep them usable.
🔹 Providing Qurans and religious books inside the mosque to spread knowledge.
🔹 Supporting operating expenses such as electricity, water, and the salaries of imams and muezzins.
The virtues of endowing mosques:
✅ Continuous reward, as the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."
✅ It makes it easier for Muslims to perform prayers and learn about their religion.
✅ Contributes to spreading Islamic values and enhancing community cohesion.
